I work with production partners that have Global and US fulfilment - both ship my products Globally, but the products with global fulfilment (depending on the country you live in) have lower fees and shorter delivery times therefore i have added a 🌐 icon in the product title for your convenience. To keep things clear and transparent, the estimated delivery times for each product are shown directly on the product page before checkout.

Processing & Fulfillment

• All my items are made to order and typically ship within 2–5 business days. Most of my products are fulfilled Globally and shipping times and costs are reasonable, but when a product is shipped from the US fees and delivery times vary drastically.

• You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on the way.

• Please note that if you order multiple items (for example, a t-shirt from US fulfilment facility and another from Global), they may ship in separate packages and could arrive at different times.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

Thank you for shopping with me. Please note that all products in my store are made-to-order, crafted specifically for you. As a result, returns and exchanges for general returns or sizing-related returns are not accepted. Please double check the size chart before purchasing.

However, i am committed to ensuring that you receive products of the highest quality. Returns or exchanges will be considered only under the following circumstances:

1. Manufacturing Defects or Quality Issues– If your item arrives with a defect, damage, or does not meet the standard quality.
2. Incorrect Printing or Customization Errors – If the product you receive contains errors in printing, personalization or customization.
3. Shipping Damage – If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact me immediately with photographic evidence.

Important Guidelines:

• All claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item.
• Photographic evidence of the issue is required for evaluation.
• Once approved, i will offer a replacement, repair or refund, depending on availability and the nature of the issue.

Refunds are issued at my discretion and do not apply to shipping costs.

International Customers (EU, UK, USA, and worldwide):

Please be aware that shipping times and procedures may vary depending on your location. You are responsible for any customs or import duties that may apply. The above policy applies to all international orders.

Cancellations:

I can accept order cancellations within 2 hours of purchase. After that, your order will already be in production and cannot be changed.
